3月に積雪の予報もあったので、3月の上旬に「雪止め金具」を取り付けました！
今年はあまり雪の影響は結果としては少なかったですが、予報で積雪が御座いました。
事前に屋根材に雪止め金具を取り付けると、全く落ちなくなる訳ではありませんが雪が落下し難くなります。
今回はカラーベストコロニアルという屋根材に金具を設置しました。
屋根材の1列ごとに910mmごとに1つずつ設置をしていきます。2段に続けて設置することによって、間隔が狭まり455mmピッチで雪を止めることになります。後付け専用金具なので、瓦の奥に差し込み、引っかかり部分をしっかりと固定するように確かめながら固定していきます。後付けなので、ビス止めができない状況なので、瓦の奥に引っ掛けるタイプとなっております。積雪度合によっては、許容範囲を落ちてしまうケースもあるようですが、そうならないことを祈っております。
